We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact and quote request forms:

• Identity: first name, last name, company (optional)
• Contact details: email address, phone number (optional)
• Content of your request: subject, message, shipping details (route, type of goods, dates)

3. Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to respond to your requests, prepare quotes and ensure commercial follow-up. The legal basis is your consent (collected via the checkbox on the forms) as well as CLS's legitimate interest in processing your requests.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended for CLS's internal teams. It is hosted by our technical subcontractors (database hosting and email sending service), located in the European Union or benefiting from adequate safeguards. It is never sold to third parties.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum period of 3 years from our last contact, for commercial prospecting purposes, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority).

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@cls-transport.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
